What meal plans do you offer?

We offer a full-board plan with 4 meals/day and flexible à-la-carte options. For room-only plans, breakfast is complimentary.

How do I get to the property from NJP/Bagdogra?

We arrange NJP ↔ hotel transfers and can help plan sightseeing in and around Kalimpong. Please add a note during booking or contact reception.

Are bonfires available?

Yes, seasonal bonfire experiences are available at an extra charge. Ask reception to reserve a slot.

Do you have family rooms?

Yes, we have 3-bed and 4-bed configurations. Cots and extra bedding can be arranged on request.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. Within 5 days, a one-night charge applies. No-shows are charged in full for the first night.

Do you allow pets?

We welcome small pets in select rooms with a cleaning fee. Please confirm availability before booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, major credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. For corporate bookings, invoice/billing can be arranged.
